課程概述

本課程將介紹如何利用統計方法來監管與最佳化生產程序 (production processes) 或作業流程 (operation processes)。本課程的第一部分首先深入淺出介紹統計推論方法,課程的第二部份利用統計檢定方法來發展出統計管制方法,課程的第三部份則利用實驗設計方法與統計迴歸分析來發展出最佳化方法。本課程全程將利用半導體生產製程資料及服務業作業流程資料做為實例以Excel來?明課程內容及習題演練之用。
